Middle Eastern Delights
Fitzrovia’s beloved restaurant Honey & Co. have finally got their own book. It was only a matter of time. The tiny cafe on Warren Street has a religious following of foodie fans (I am one of them) and now I can experiment with the recipes at home. In their debut book, the restaurant owners share their incredible dishes as well as providing heartwarming insight into a venture that was twelve years in the making.
I personally have my eye on the Badargani recipe: Aubergine rolls filled with walnuts and pomegranate, which you can serve as a starter if you want, or as a main with some yoghurt and a large green salad. Perhaps if I can make the food at home, I’ll stop wistfully staring at the cakes in the window when I walk by. Probably not though.
